When I spoke with Mike, he told me he would be able to get here in the afternoon and would call me 30 minutes beforehand, which he did and when he arrived was able to get the furnace back up and running in a very short time. So overall, I am very pleased. The service was very professional and pleasant and I would definitely use them again in the future.”
